At Bespoke our shredding services are ideal for schools, colleges and universities that need to shred pupil records, staff records, medical records, school reports, staff application forms, financial records or pupil assessments. We can also shred digital media such as CCTV tapes and disks or CD-ROMs, and even unwanted electronic equipment such as computers and tablets.
All our employees go through rigorous vetting and security checks, we also carry out a DBS check on everyone who works for or with us.
Our service is shaped to the way your educational establishment works. We offer smaller shreds when required, weekly/monthly collections using our secure shredding cabinets, or larger one-off sessions to help during reorganisations or office clear-outs.
We can shred all types of material, not just paper: clothes, ID cards, data media (such as CCTV tapes and disks) and even electronic equipment. There’s no need for your secretarial staff to spend time removing boxes, plastic wallets, paper clips and staples – everything goes in the machine.
None of our waste goes to landfill: shredded paper is sent to a network of UK recycling mills, while other materials are incinerated to generate electricity for the National Grid. Our main plant is self-sufficient in terms of energy, making the carbon footprint as small as possible.
When shredding is complete, we’ll provide you with a combined Waste Transfer Note and Certificate of Destruction so you can demonstrate your legal compliance.
